Placing an order with us means that you agree to out Terms & Conditions. We aim to keep stock levels up to date to ensure that all items listed on our website are available for same day dispatch (If order is placed before 4pm). However, if any issues occur such as an item being unavailable you will be contacted as soon as possible to be made aware. Please see below for more information about postage, returns and payments.
Postage and Packaging
£3.95 Royal Mail 2nd Class – Delivery approximately 3-5 days
£6.50 Royal Mail Next Day Delivery – Order must be placed before 4pm to receive it next day, tracking will also be included.
Heavier items (such as prams and furniture) may come with a higher postage cost.
To receive a refund, credit note or exchange for an item purchased please contact us via telephone, email or Facebook messenger within 28 days after receiving item (7 days if sale items) with receipt included. Once we have received the items being returned a refund, credit note or exchange will be issued. Items can be returned in store or sent via post however costs will need to be covered at your own expense – please keep tracking information until we have received return. Refunds should within 5-10 working days after refund has be put through. Please feel free to contact us for any more information.
Discounts and Vouchers
Vouchers can only be redeemed in store.
Discount codes will be made available online when there are end of season or brand promotions. We will advertise this on our website and social media sites.
Our payment system accepts Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments via the Stripe Payment Gateway. We also Accept PayPal Payments.
