Returns

You may return most new, unopened items to receive a refund, credit note or exchange for an item purchased within 28 days after receiving them (7 days if sale item). Please contact us via telephone on 01779471100 or email carriages20@outlook.com with receipt attached to discuss return. Once we have received the items being returned a refund, credit note or exchange will be issued. Items can be returned in store or sent via post however costs will need to be covered at your own expense – please keep tracking information until we have received return. We will Cover return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Refunds should appear in your bank within 5-10 working days after refund has been processed.
