Returns & Refunds Policy


You may return most new, unopened items to receive a refund, credit note or exchange for an item purchased within 28 days after receiving them (7 days if sale item). Please contact us via telephone, email or Facebook messenger with receipt included to discuss return. Once we have received the items being returned a refund, credit note or exchange will be issued. Items can be returned in store or sent via post however costs will need to be covered at your own expense – please keep tracking information until we have received return. We will Cover return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Refunds should appear in your bank within 5-10 working days after refund has be put through.
